Webflow studios · Launch handoffs
Make the final fixes
easy to review.
Turn a list of visual changes into a clear handoff. Show what the page looked like, what changed and why — with a report your client can open without joining another tool.
No Webflow login or integration. Upload screenshots of the views you want to explain.
A focused final-review workflow
Save the original view
Before making a visual fix, capture the relevant page and breakpoint. Note whether you are showing a preview, staging URL or published page so the client has the right context.
Add the revised view at the same size
Capture the result at a matching viewport and scroll position. Create one SiteProof change for each item: typography, spacing, navigation, content or a visible responsive fix.
Write the decision behind the change
Include the page URL and a concise explanation. If the change applies only at a particular viewport, say so. Keep separate checks for links, forms, interactions and other behavior that screenshots cannot demonstrate.
Share one report and keep the response
Export and review the HTML report, then share it through your usual email or file service. The client can generate a feedback JSON file and send it back for manual import into the matching report version.
A more consistent tablet layout
- Before
- A heading wraps onto an extra line and pushes the call to action below the first section.
- After
- Adjusted heading sizing and spacing keep the section balanced at the reviewed viewport.
- Note
- “Refined the hero at the 768 px viewport shown here. Desktop and narrow mobile layouts are checked separately.”
Handoff checklist
- Label the page and viewport being reviewed.
- Compare the same state: open menu, hover and animation states can change the image.
- Check screenshots for client data, unpublished content and sensitive details.
- Review the exported report before sending, then retain its version.
- Import returned feedback against that version; keep the original feedback file.
Keep the handoff precise
SiteProof does not connect to Webflow, publish changes, inspect code or automate browser testing. A screenshot records a view; it does not prove that a form, animation, accessibility feature or every breakpoint works.
Client feedback is a manual working record, not an authenticated approval or electronic signature. Projects and feedback do not sync between devices. A colleague can continue an editable project through a JSON backup; share feedback files separately.
Need a finished first report?
Request the optional $29 assisted report: one HTML report with up to three before-and-after items using your approved screenshots and notes, plus one revision. Scope, timing and an available payment method are confirmed by email before work begins.
